
This route is now used to avoid running long distances on San Timoteo Canyon road, which is now too dangerous because of the traffic.
Numbers indicate the mile marks, "W's" indicate locations of water stops. The route after the 3rd water stop at about Mile 6.5 goes along the path by the wash. The 7.5 mile turn-around is on a dirt path and is indicated by a sign.
The maximum training distance for this route is just under 22 miles, which will be sufficient for our Marathon Clinic training distances.
