* Start time is 6:30 a.m. until warmer weather. Change to 6 a.m. start will be announced during GAP announcements and through weekly emails.

** Mileage is suggested. You’re free to do fewer miles by turning around earlier or do more miles. If training for a specific race, adjust your training accordingly. If you need help developing a training schedule, please ask a Loper Board Member for assistance.

† Speak to your pace leaders about which distance you should run at these races. Take into consideration your goals, need for recovery from long miles and any injuries. Both races have a hilly half marathon.
Club supported races are in bold. Register online for the races. The Clinic at the Drayson Center will be closed on those dates and we will meet at the races. Wear your Loper shirt to encourage and be encouraged.
