The Lopers Club 2015 Marathon Clinic Weekly Training Sunday, December 21, 2014 at 6:30 am!
Holidays and Training! With the holiday season, you may miss some weekend runs and weekly training -- that's normal for this time of year. We don't want you to lose momentum and we certainly want to see you after the holidays, so you may want to consider dropping back a pace group for a week or two and then return to your regular pace. The clinic is all about supporting you and your goals!
Volunteers needed: We need Water Stop volunteers for our 3rd water stop - which starts this weekend. We're getting into long miles, so this is important to keep everyone hydrated and on pace. We meet every Sunday at The Drayson Center located on the Loma Linda University Campus 25040 Stewart Street East of Anderson Street Loma Linda, CA 92354
Training for Marathon: 15 miles 1/2 Marathon: 10 miles Weekly training 4-6 miles, 2-3 times
The Lopers Club Race Walking Clinic is on hiatus (not being held) until January 8 as the Drayson Center track is closed for maintenance until January 3.

We will be meeting this Saturday, Dec. 20 at 7 AM at the In Your Best Interest Medical Clinic located at 1201 Brookside Avenue on the corner of Brookside and San Mateo.
Directions: If you are coming from the I-10, just take the Tennessee exit and turn south. Tennessee turns into San Mateo at Brookside. The clinic is located in the Wedding Cake House on the southwest corner ... you can't miss it.
