February 19: No speaker. Arrive by 6:30 so your pace group does not leave without you.
Mileage: Marathon training is 15 miles; Half-Marathon training is 12 miles.
Rerun 10K Race: In preparation for the Lopers Rerun Race on April 9, we are collecting your old race bibs, race shirts (no tears or stains please), medals, and any running related items you want to get rid of (water bottles, hats, goody bag items, extra gels, etc.). Please drop them off to us in a bag at the front desk at Drayson Center when you come in Sunday mornings. We have great things planned for these items.
